With Lingotes Especiales S.A.
Setco Automotive announced that the Company and Lingotes Especiales S.A. announced on 01 May 2014 the formation of Rs 155 crore, joint venture called Lava Cast, focused on developing and manufacturing fully machined ferrous casting products for the automotive & other industries.Under the agreement, Lingotes Especiales will come on board of Lava Cast as technology partner.
