Shalimar Paints announced that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in its meeting held on 03 July 2015 has approved allotment of 14,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each pursuant to exercise of options under the ESOP Scheme 2013.Consequent to such allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 3,78,56,200 (1,89,28,100 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 3,78,85,700 (1,89,42,850 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
