Shanghai Composite rises 0.1%
Capital Market Mainland China share market closed higher for the first time in three consecutive sessions on Wednesday, 27 August 2014, with shares of technology and military related stocks being biggest gainer. However, gain on the benchmark measure was limited on caution over coming initial public offering. The benchmark Shanghai Composite rose 2.36 points, or 0.11%, to 2209.47 at the close. Turnover decreased to 104.09 billion yuan from Tuesday's 134.41 billion yuan.
