Shanthi Gears standalone net profit rises 630.23% in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 72.72% to Rs 71.87 crore

Net profit of Shanthi Gears rose 630.23% to Rs 9.42 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1.29 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 72.72% to Rs 71.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 41.61 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit declined 19.93% to Rs 20.17 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 25.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales declined 11.04% to Rs 215.53 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 242.29 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
