Net profit of Sharda Ispat reported to Rs 1.76 crore in the quarter ended March 2015. There were no net profit/loss reported during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 11.24% to Rs 13.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 15.04 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net profit rose 6400.00% to Rs 1.30 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 0.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 25.63% to Rs 54.86 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 73.77 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
