Shimoga Technologies announces changes in board of directors

Shimoga Technologies in its Board of Directors meeting held on 17 March 2014, inter alia, have inducted the following on the Board of Directors - Satish Shastry as Executive Director, Umesh Shastry as Executive Director and Supriya Shastry as Executive Director. The Board has re-designated Suresh Shastry as Chairman and Managing Director and appointed Naveen Shenoy as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
