Net Loss of Shiv-Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services reported to Rs 326.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against net loss of Rs 154.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014. Sales declined 4.43% to Rs 47.27 crore in the quarter ended March 2015 as against Rs 49.46 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2014.

For the full year,net loss reported to Rs 800.43 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against net loss of Rs 968.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2014. Sales declined 39.99% to Rs 204.86 crore in the year ended March 2015 as against Rs 341.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2014.
