Shoppers Stop has acquired 500 equity shares of Rs.10 each at its face value, of Nuance Group Fashion & Luxury Duty Free. These equity shares has been acquired, from Nuance Group (India); a joint venture Company.This disclosure is being made, since aforesaid acquisition of 500 equity shares constitutes 5% of the paid up share capital of Nuance Group Fashion & Luxury Duty Free.
