Shree Bhawani Paper Mills intimates of initiation of CIRP

Shree Bhawani Paper Mills announced that the Application of the Company under Section 10 of Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code, 2016 to initiate Corporate Insolvency Resolution process before Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Allahabad has been admitted on 13 February, 2018, and accordingly Interim Resolution Professional has been appointed. Accordingly, Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process has been initiated.
