Shree Cement net profit declines 19.12% in the June 2013 quarter

Sales rise 0.35% to Rs 1441.43 crore

Net profit of Shree Cement declined 19.12% to Rs 284.31 crore in the quarter ended June 2013 as against Rs 351.52 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2012. Sales rose 0.35% to Rs 1441.43 crore in the quarter ended June 2013 as against Rs 1436.40 crore during the previous quarter ended June 2012.

For the full year,net profit rose 62.32% to Rs 1003.97 crore in the year ended June 2013 as against Rs 618.50 crore during the previous year ended June 2012. Sales declined 4.00% to Rs 5567.14 crore in the year ended June 2013 as against Rs 5799.35 crore during the previous year ended June 2012.
