Shree Global Tradefin announces acquisiton of majority stake in Indrajit Properties

Shree Global Tradefin announced that the Company has acquired 51.04% in Indrajit Properties, and accordingly, it became a subsidiary of the Company w.e.f. 29 October 2014.
