Shrenuj & Company announced that Keki Minoo Mistry, Non Executive Director of the Company has resigned from the Board with immediate effect due to the constraints posed under Section 165(1) of Companies Act, 2013 on number of directorships which can be held by an Individual.Mistry will continue to remain a Permanent Invitee to the Board as well as Audit Committee. The Company will seek his advice, as and when required.
