Shreyas Intermediates announces changes in board

Shreyas Intermediates has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 March 2014, has appointed Suryaprakash Sitaram Pandey as an Additional Director of the Company and has also accepted resignation of Dinesh Sharma, the director of the Company due to his preoccupation & personal reasons.
