Shreyas Shipping & Logistics rose 2.98% to Rs 38 at 11:28 IST on BSE after the compant said that it has taken delivery of vessel M. V. SSL Mumbai.
The company made the announcement during trading hours today, 24 June 2014.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 284.22 points, or 1.14%, to 25,315.54.
On BSE, so far 50 shares were traded in the counter, compared with an average volume of 5,305 shares in the past one quarter.
The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 45.95 on 11 June 2014. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 16.05 on 5 August 2013.
The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 23 June 2014, rising 1.51% compared with 1.37% rise in the Sensex. The scrip had also outperformed the market in past one quarter, rising 87.79% as against Sensex's 15.06% rise.

On a consolidated basis, Shreyas Shipping & Logistics reported net loss of Rs 8.30 crore in Q4 March 2014 compared with net profit of Rs 7.14 crore in Q4 March 2013. Net sales rose 23.4% to Rs 123.07 crore in Q4 March 2014 over Q4 March 2013.
