Shriram City Union Finance announced that Securities Management Committee (empowered committee of the Board of Directors) of the Company at their meeting held on 03 June 2014 have allotted to Piramal Enterprises 65,79,840 Equity Shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a price of Rs 1,200 per Equity Share (including a premium of Rs 1,190 per Equity Share) being a price higher than the price determined as per Regulation 76(1) of Chapter VII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
