Shriram Pistons & Rings standalone net profit rises 30.94% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 20.75% to Rs 483.90 crore

Net profit of Shriram Pistons & Rings rose 30.94% to Rs 46.60 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 35.59 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 20.75% to Rs 483.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 400.73 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.60% to Rs 138.88 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 118.10 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 18.24% to Rs 1729.41 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 1462.57 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
