With effect from 08 February 2016
SIL Investments announced that pursuant to the Application made by the Company, the Company has received the final confirmation letter regarding approval for Voluntary Delisting of its shares from The Calcutta Stock Exchange and that the Equity Shares of the Company shall stand delisted from The Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) w.e.f. 08 February 2016.Further the Company has informed that, the Company's shares shall continue to stay listed on The Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India.
