Net profit of Simplex Castings reported to Rs 0.72 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against net loss of Rs 0.69 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 11.27% to Rs 87.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 78.32 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 49.55% to Rs 3.35 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 2.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 0.78% to Rs 221.93 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 220.21 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
