Sinnar Bidi Udyog at its board meeting held on 04 March 2015 has accepted the resignation of Narayan Patil, Satish Patil, and Laxminarayan Karwa.Whole Time Director Chandrasing Patil has tendered his resignation, however he will continue as a Non-Executive Director on the Board.
