Sintex Plastics intimates of initiation of CIRP against subsidiary Sintex Prefab and Infra

Sintex Plastics Technology announced that petition for initiation of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 has been admitted against Sintex Prefab and Infra, Wholly-Owned Material Subsidiary of the Company vide Honorable National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad bench order dated 24 February,2021 and Chandra Prakash Jain has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional.
