SJVN net profit declines 8.32% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 45.26% to Rs 309.70 crore

Net profit of SJVN declined 8.32% to Rs 144.83 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 157.98 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 45.26% to Rs 309.70 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 213.20 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 5.92% to Rs 1114.63 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1052.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 11.22% to Rs 1868.92 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1680.42 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
