SML Isuzu on Monday announced that its total sales tumbled 31.4% to 879 units in February 2020 from 1282 units in February 2019.
Sequentially, total sales declined 20.95% in February 2020 from 1112 units in January 2020.
On a standalone basis, the company reported a net loss of Rs 17.89 crore in Q3 December 2019 as against a net loss of Rs 14.8 crore posted in Q3 December 2018. Net sales declined 23.8% YoY to Rs 176.52 crore in Q3 December 2019.
Shares of SML Isuzu were up 2.68% at Rs 501.9. The stock trades below its 20 and 50 days simple moving average placed at 568.15 and 575.65 respectively. These levels will act as support level in near term.
SML Isuzu is engaged in the business of manufacture of commercial vehicles and spares. The firm produces light and medium commercial vehicles.
