Somany Ceramics standalone net profit rises 76.32% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 12.72% to Rs 513.52 crore

Net profit of Somany Ceramics rose 76.32% to Rs 26.06 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 14.78 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 12.72% to Rs 513.52 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 455.56 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 37.58% to Rs 61.06 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 44.38 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 12.41% to Rs 1721.39 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1531.32 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
