Sovereign Diamonds standalone net profit declines 26.15% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 26.73% to Rs 15.13 crore

Net profit of Sovereign Diamonds declined 26.15% to Rs 0.48 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 0.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 26.73% to Rs 15.13 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 20.65 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 34.59% to Rs 1.21 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1.85 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 11.40% to Rs 53.17 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 60.01 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
