On imports of Nylon Tyre Cord Fabric from China
SRF announced that the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) vide Notification dated 16 May 2014, has extended the applicability of its Notification dated 29 April 2009 for a further period of one year, imposing an anti-dumping duty on the imports of Nylon Tyre Cord Fabric (NTCF) originating in, or exported from, the People's Republic of China.This notification shall remain in force up to and inclusive of the 28 April 2015.
