SRG Housing Finance announced that the Company intends to issue and allot IIIrd Tranche of 750 Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable Non- Convertible Debentures of face value of Rs.1,00,000 (One Lakh) each aggregating to Rs. 7.5 crore, on private placement basis on such terms and conditions as were approved by board in the meeting held on 19 August 2017, which will be subsequently listed on wholesale Debt Market Segment of the BSE.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
