Star Ferro & Cement consolidated net profit declines 27.71% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 11.15% to Rs 561.65 crore

Net profit of Star Ferro & Cement declined 27.71% to Rs 39.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 54.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 11.15% to Rs 561.65 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 505.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 10.22% to Rs 91.97 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 83.44 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 19.80% to Rs 1709.47 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1426.96 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
