Scheme effective date is 01 April 2015
Star Ferro & Cement announced that the Company has received on 09 April 2015, the certified copy of the order dated 31 March 2015, passed by the Hon'ble High Court of Meghalaya at Shillong, sanctioning the Scheme of Arrangement between Star Ferro and Cement, Shyam Century Ferrous (SCFL) and their respective shareholders.Further the Company and SCFL, respectively, have filed the copy of the aforesaid order vide Form no. INC-28 with the Registrar of Companies, Shillong on 10 April 2015.
Accordingly, the Scheme of Arrangement is effective with effect from the Appointed Date i.e. 01 April 2014.
