Starlit Power Systems announced that Yogesh Kumar Gupta, Chairman& Managing Director of the Company has stepped down from the position of Chairmanship of the company due to personal constraints, vide his letter dated 26 November, 2021, while he will continue to hold the position of Managing Director of the Company.
