Steelcast standalone net profit rises 203.77% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 23.58% to Rs 41.30 crore

Net profit of Steelcast rose 203.77% to Rs 1.61 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 0.53 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 23.58% to Rs 41.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 33.42 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit rose 1715.38% to Rs 2.36 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 0.13 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales declined 2.06% to Rs 130.47 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 133.22 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
