Sterling Biotech announced that the Company was following a Calendar Year as the accounting year till December, 2014. The Company had at the last Annual General Meeting held on 30 June 2015 passed the special resolution for change in financial year from December to March in compliance of the Companies Act, 2013.The next financial year of the Company will be for fifteen months i.e. from 01 January 2015 to 31 March 2016.
