Sterling Holiday Resorts India announces change in board

The Board of Sterling Holiday Resorts India at its meeting held on 14 March 2014 has appointed Madhavan Menon, Harsha Raghvan and M K Sharma as Additional Directors. The Board has accepted the resignation of K Chandrasekaran, Utpal Sheth, Siddharth Mehta and M N Rangamni as Directors of the Company.
