Sterlite Technologies standalone net profit rises 32.63% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 41.03% to Rs 567.47 crore

Net profit of Sterlite Technologies rose 32.63% to Rs 51.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 39.13 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 41.03% to Rs 567.47 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 962.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 114.92% to Rs 181.05 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 84.24 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 32.35% to Rs 2002.51 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2960.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
