Strides Shasun consolidated net profit rises 534.70% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 212.25% to Rs 961.20 crore

Net profit of Strides Shasun rose 534.70% to Rs 96.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 15.16 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 212.25% to Rs 961.20 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 307.83 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 75.27% to Rs 208.93 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 845.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 166.28% to Rs 3014.34 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 1132.02 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
