Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals standalone net profit declines 14.17% in the March 2017 quarter

Sales rise 18.45% to Rs 175.75 crore

Net profit of Sukhjit Starch & Chemicals declined 14.17% to Rs 4.30 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 5.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016. Sales rose 18.45% to Rs 175.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2017 as against Rs 148.37 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2016.

For the full year,net profit declined 19.22% to Rs 18.62 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 23.05 crore during the previous year ended March 2016. Sales rose 15.43% to Rs 653.17 crore in the year ended March 2017 as against Rs 565.88 crore during the previous year ended March 2016.
