Sumeet Industries net profit declines 48.06% in the March 2013 quarter

Sales rise 60.43% to Rs 292.33 crore

Net profit of Sumeet Industries declined 48.06% to Rs 3.75 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 7.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012. Sales rose 60.43% to Rs 292.33 crore in the quarter ended March 2013 as against Rs 182.22 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2012.

For the Audited full year,net profit declined 20.56% to Rs 19.16 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 24.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales rose 40.70% to Rs 1159.34 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 823.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
