Sun TV Network net profit rises 11.31% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 10.05% to Rs 520.18 crore

Net profit of Sun TV Network rose 11.31% to Rs 197.57 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 177.50 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 10.05% to Rs 520.18 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 472.67 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 4.92% to Rs 716.96 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 683.34 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 15.36% to Rs 2096.78 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1817.62 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
