Sundaram Brake Linings announced that K Mahesh, has relinquished his position as Managing Director of the Company for personal reasons and the same has been accepted by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 26 May 2014.It may pleased be noted that K Mahesh, will continue in his capacity as Chairman of the Company.
Krishna Mahesh, Joint Managing Director has been designated as Managing Director of the Company effective 27 May 2014 and will discharge his functions as MD.
