The Board of Directors of Sundaram Clayton at its meeting held on 18 March 2014, have declared a second interim dividend for the financial year ending 31 March 2014 at Rs 3.75 per share on 2,02,32,085 equity shares of Rs 5 each fully paid up, absorbing a sum of Rs 7.59 crore.The second interim dividend so declared will be paid on or after 28 March 2014.
