Sales rise 11.95% to Rs 425.38 crore

Net profit of Sunflag Iron & Steel Company declined 22.78% to Rs 11.15 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 14.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 11.95% to Rs 425.38 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 379.99 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 21.68 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 12.50 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 1.03% to Rs 1585.42 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1569.31 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
