Surana Ventures net profit declines 73.64% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales rise 53.12% to Rs 33.90 crore

Net profit of Surana Ventures declined 73.64% to Rs 0.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 1.10 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales rose 53.12% to Rs 33.90 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 22.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 17.37% to Rs 3.04 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 2.59 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales rose 35.97% to Rs 129.05 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 94.91 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
