Surya Roshni announced that Utkarsh Dwivedi Whole-time Director (designated as Dy. Managing Director) has resigned from the post of Whole - time director including directorship of the Company. The Board by Circular Resolution has accepted the resignation of Utkarsh Dwivedi and relieved him from the said duties and responsibilities w.e.f. 25 December 2015 as per the the provisions of Section 168 of the Companies Act, 2013 or any rules made thereunder and in compliance with the provisions of Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
