Suven Life Sciences standalone net profit rises 90.50% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 52.97% to Rs 169.28 crore

Net profit of Suven Life Sciences rose 90.50% to Rs 32.29 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 16.95 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 52.97% to Rs 169.28 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 110.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit declined 12.67% to Rs 94.97 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 108.75 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales declined 4.10% to Rs 499.52 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 520.86 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
