Suven Life Sciences update on scheme of arrangement

Suven Life Sciences announced that on 06 January 2020 the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Bench at Hyderabad (NCLT) has passed order allowing the Company Petition filed for sanction of the Composite Scheme of Arrangement (Scheme) under Sections 230 to 232 read with Section 66 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 amongst Suven Life Sciences (Demerged Company) and Suven Pharmaceuticals (Resulting Company) and their respective Shareholders and Creditors.
