Swadeshi Polytex net profit rises 77.06% in the March 2014 quarter

Sales decline 83.30% to Rs 2.37 crore

Net profit of Swadeshi Polytex rose 77.06% to Rs 6.87 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 3.88 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 83.30% to Rs 2.37 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 14.19 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.

For the full year,net profit rose 137.78% to Rs 3.21 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 1.35 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 54.19% to Rs 6.50 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 14.19 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
