Tanla partners with Microsoft to launch blockchain-enabled CPaaS platform, Wisely

Tanla Platforms and Microsoft today announced the launch of Wisely, a blockchain-enabled communications platform-as-a-service (CPaaS) offering built on Microsoft Azure.
