Tata Coffee standalone net profit rises 4.92% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales decline 1.52% to Rs 172.78 crore

Net profit of Tata Coffee rose 4.92% to Rs 45.81 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 43.66 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales declined 1.52% to Rs 172.78 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 175.44 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 0.93% to Rs 102.50 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 101.56 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 7.37% to Rs 691.95 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 644.45 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
