Tata Global Beverages standalone net profit rises 684.20% in the March 2016 quarter

Sales rise 2.99% to Rs 668.56 crore

Net profit of Tata Global Beverages rose 684.20% to Rs 336.50 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 42.91 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015. Sales rose 2.99% to Rs 668.56 crore in the quarter ended March 2016 as against Rs 649.14 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2015.

For the full year,net profit rose 95.04% to Rs 563.67 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 289.00 crore during the previous year ended March 2015. Sales rose 6.68% to Rs 2984.49 crore in the year ended March 2016 as against Rs 2797.71 crore during the previous year ended March 2015.
