Tata Power Company announced that vide order dated 04 December 2015, the Bombay High Court sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of NewGen Saurashtra Windfarms with Tata Power Renewable Energy (a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company) and their respective shareholders and creditors.
