Tata Steel Long Products reports consolidated net profit of Rs 339.86 crore in the March 2021 quarter

Sales rise 53.40% to Rs 1546.74 crore

Net profit of Tata Steel Long Products reported to Rs 339.86 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against net loss of Rs 133.23 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020. Sales rose 53.40% to Rs 1546.74 crore in the quarter ended March 2021 as against Rs 1008.30 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2020.

For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 572.01 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against net loss of Rs 516.23 crore during the previous year ended March 2020. Sales rose 36.10% to Rs 4749.87 crore in the year ended March 2021 as against Rs 3489.99 crore during the previous year ended March 2020.
